We are a growing dance, cheer, tumble and fitness studio located in Monett and Pineville, MO.  We are looking for ambitious, like-minded, child focused, health enthusiast, superstars to add to our team.  Our client based runs from 2-Adult.

Expected Duties:
Create lesson plans that follow studio curriculum and guidelines.
Select appropriate music and choreography.
Interact positively and effectively with parents of the students, if working with children.
Be able to distinguish student skill levels and work with multiple skill levels and age groups.
Attend staff meetings.
Participate in continuing education.
Under minor supervision of the studio management team.
Qualifications:
2 years experience in the field – experience with children.
Ability to effectively communicate and work independently.
May be required to submit to drug test and background check upon joining Premier.
This is a Commission-based Independent Contractor position.
